It's been a few days since I deleted my social media apps and willed myself to not open them anymore.
I want to take this time to focus more on myself... I'm currently working on morning self affirmation and maybe pick up Joel Osteen's book again for everyday read. Hopefully, I can make progress on my mental health as well as bring back my self confidence. I'm still numb, unmotivated and unhappy no matter what I do. Everyday is still a struggle to not think about dying... Still going to try my best to bring back the joy in my life.
