Campaigning finally started today.
The campaign started quite late actually... --around 10 in the morning if I remembered it right. The fact that it started late in the morning pissed me off a lot because I was hoping that it would start around eight am or earlier. But due to some unknown reasons (and probably lack of competency), the head start that I was hoping for went to drain.
I wanted (more like hoped even though I knew it was in vain ) to actually finish campaigning at the High School department and Elementary department by today. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed today's campaign! The elementary pupils were really enthusiastic except those whose teacher-in-charge were the 'terror' teachers.
St. Monica was the first classroom and one of the liveliest out of all the sections. I really enjoyed watching my fellow party members joke around the pupils and make fun of their speeches in front of them! The elementary pupils were sports!
One of the things I would (probably) never forget about today's event was the time when elementary pupils hogged me on the hallways (and started randomly attacking Reynaldo) and the times when we entered a new classroom and I would present myself, there would always be somebody who would never fail to call to me saying "Ni Hao" or chant "Intsik! Intsik! (Chinese! Chinese!)". The bolder pupils would ask me as I make my way out of their classroom, "Japanese/Chinese ka? (Are you a Japanese/Chinese?)" or "Makasalita ka ng Chinese/Japanese? (Can you speak Chinese/Japanese?)".
The funniest question a pupil asked me today was...
"May Yamashita Treasure ka? (Do you have a Yamashita Treasure?)"

The high school campaign, the Meeting de Avance and also the debate will start tomorrow. I hope our party will do well or even better!

Chowking was added to my who-pissed-me-off-today list because they would not accept my card when I wanted to buy a Chao Fan and had no money.
