Zark's Burgers & Noriter

<p style="text-align: center">Wednesday -- me and my friends met at Taft since most of them were studying there and ’twas a common ground for us who were from Quezon and Sampaloc. We were supposed to get UAAAP Cheerdance tickets but it wasn’t available at MOA *heart breaks*. So we kinda just wasted my friend’s money (YAAAY for rich friends! hahaha) and joyride (or joyrode? lol) from Taft to MOA and back to Taft again.</p><p style="text-align: center"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhE7ncyG0UXIwb8yEnHP-0g4l_EWg5aajXPFR30IMm1MBLvteT3HHTghjR4w5Zw6goyxTYZ84CXctrZArrQdYJMT4DkPrQrkXrfnrMHcSrAHnXpI6rM4kOMVP0nlJDAuK0irgU5FcC6D4g/" alt="Screenshot2013-09-14at4.41.06PM-2013-09-11-21-30.png" width="413" height="385"></p><p style="text-align: center"><span style="font-size: 20pt;"><strong>Zark’s Burgers</strong></span></p><p style="text-align: center"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">2nd Floor, Archer’s Nook Building, Taft Avenue, Malate, Metro Manila</span></p><p style="text-align: center">I was coerced then to eat dinner with them at Zark’s Burgers. I don’t really do fancy restaurants when I’m not with my parents. Kuripot alert! XD I thought Zark’s price range would be about P300-800, but it was pretty much affordable. Just a tad bit higher than what I usually buy at KFC (Hello Kung Pao & Ala King!). Unless you buy their specialties... the burgers, you probably will be able to go home.</p><p style="text-align: center">I didn’t have any picture of what I ate and totally forgot what it’s called. I definitely ate something with rice tho. I shalt not eat anything during dinner without rice. Mine costs about P120 + 25 for the overpriced iced tea. Comparing mine, my friend’s order and the prices, I could say, food at Zark’s are definitely worth the price. Their pattys are really huge and you can really taste the wine + they topped it with mushrooms! <3 Yes, I am biased with mushrooms. So what.</p><p style="text-align: center"> The overpriced iced tea was not enough. The wine made the patty a lil bit spicy for my liking but my friend was totally okay with it.</p><p style="text-align: center"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgpKtOvAsaPmrtUx_9WZvn5U9e6hzmrtLjQM6yCib28fp-_ZRuZ_lGb7DRzUKWATcDk4DZfwrvx-kWI2VlEulq2cIRsuaLE05ByiKXCTCAumcj4kiQgGgzepovEEGMgl6bwDry_RCmz7ac/" alt="Screenshot2013-09-14at4.48.33PM-2013-09-11-21-30.png" width="512" height="349"></p><p style="text-align: center"><span style="font-size: 20pt;"><strong>Noriter</strong></span></p><p style="text-align: center"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">859-B 2/F Taft Ave Cor Estrada St, Malate, Metro Manila</span></p><p style="text-align: center">After that, we went to this cafe my friend was raving about. According to her, the cafe had a really great “ambiance”. It was, I think, owned by a Filipino-Korean. If you’re a Kpop fan or a frequent korean telenovela watcher, you wouldn’t want to miss this place. It screams “Korean!” all over!</p><p style="text-align: center"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJg5hbWEbYryczVtRjQgpeRGYy6RNeXjGPf8dSvkaZ93Eud7xaIxxMMpX39W3PPG6QS9fNAhF9EkWTFPf4IwNimS83m9hPviVNomljlEIa91zeVMBtuuWqObeN12dY1GZBKUoq6yf-TWI/" alt="C360_2013-09-11-18-23-53-574-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="512" height="384"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjN5_jMFP5LoDcFs_oN-LlQrcyFFIJsEM4shc6gcudR-aEhW6g2rBjjjiBLyRaTQX8kFTl_e229x882CI4oSkF65sVPE7lOXuwg_AXxFsca-FMmuWqWwjiLGwZuhClLLbzRohTw9SeOjJc/" alt="C360_2013-09-11-18-24-01-2391-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="512" height="384"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7ci07YlYTfOar5cYRQ5ME_i3JzjhClbCXiSAhw6aGPOBfwU3y3LwjL-NAdujEk_2JGJ108Q-QtXguVtEdFsdreuFf7X6xwQs6W8HNOghMzTTBsJYe43Na7nduPo_EMB4EwAl3ZkdMUcg/" alt="C360_2013-09-11-19-20-49-746-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="512" height="384"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhSAlfgb8JljCWvuh3eonQ5A909zW8SJ4Lpp55i7fVipMsDXsgwujr0CZ6yjy_NW34zl7-YExd6l9zMpNTV8G5avjaZs4peXzchZj_b8JEhowsRV1AzwtdFOCb85qMnDWUdUK1cwr5mi6c/" alt="C360_2013-09-11-19-21-03-696-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="384" height="512"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhcrNczgNj7uTB7bRGRr5Wmb4bHqWQ-9SIzlfwHv7MFU1jD40mJFl4Ss38us4kuNv4zJ9rZ914FD9UyWtzBxKPiQIb9TSL1LQ-LC4tBZmKmrfdPFrXT7gPRr7_Oy2yw5B3YhqVNCgXUSJM/" alt="C360_2013-09-11-19-42-32-661-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="384" height="512"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgebTMZRBBr-RkZ-r-5zo60ZZNdixxQ7jRHrEw4XvJaV9cUcdi_HTNlfKvkWUUYWTlY7y7-LGXdHzoFqMkQa3T1hjm6KVljov-pgHZQJ17rb2wQmBdeE0mfAg6frIrSkjwfbBbedrrzyHk/" alt="C360_2013-09-11-19-22-01-042-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="384" height="512"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVtQN7tEP3wI7T_enk7f7mHCTBbN_MWWA-mkVb15tAhkQ-mUU5ffhmYGRCjGDpnRE1tukqHmGB6B33-tIrtYTUWKraPQ7EO1BrYLtnsKD_kknw5RA4FXIKEOUhS6_VU0soY2infYQQVK0/" alt="C360_2013-09-11-19-23-13-193-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="384" height="512"></p><p style="text-align: center"> I feel like I’ve been transported to Korea *dies* I don’t ever want to go home to Espana where really cute cafes like this never exists (but instead milk teas everywhere). It’s exactly what I imagined coffee shops/cafes in Korea would look like. If I could take it home with me, I would have. </p><p style="text-align: center">It’s one of the best place to camwhore I tell you! Everything about it speaks cute. That and a perfect place, apparently, to make out and do adult stuffs. There’s this two-storey structure beside the comfort room that’s perfectly private unless someone intentionally looks you up there. Couples were making out and we were like, okaaaay. This is not something we should look at no matter how many non-children videos/books/innuendos/mangas we’ve come across.</p><p style="text-align: center">The great place makes up for the okay overpriced food and drinks. I thought the drinks and sweets would be immaculate with it being expensive - a frappe costs around 135-155 which costs the same as my dinner. But it was not. I bought their bestseller Chocolate Chips Frappe and got a taste of their latte and cake. It. was. normal. There was nothing special about it.</p><p style="text-align: center">So definitely, if you intend to study/do a photoshoot/do adult stuffs and prefer voyeurism, you should go here but if you care more about the food, I wouldn’t suggest this place.</p><p style="text-align: center"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggfeVVnGb79qWOt-xujy68JgxMqoEZ1EtKHaJlIBo6m1AYgFi03fGztl_muOLtD-24-uGnTkC8T1i8P4SLfLX78-Ntlpk2DM4yNVCcCipZsbMLV5XVtig2Gsp07YgKF_sLfJyXqVOwvmg/" alt="hdihwiwhiew-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="512" height="384"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhY-u3sMiWgpsDk6SqPTvfOhhJarSj4B6CPvns4F3pWV_BR9CPvb-UNGN2AJroJEEGXAYJbW3hZh10PHvbv3w83lK9r59MMqR13BKdHxlbNs4P74OT97kMvOHqnJUqN-OQPDwu8aIRtHIs/" alt="jookokllk-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="512" height="384"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgoUrG2itQW-BDSrg5hkAeOMJ0nZjLbPKfLEEMGi_n9c-AmxbS7YJnrpC7GSUzdLtoV5wUCqCEAWYfT3CMn4GdssGQ9oaKWBK0AFkJBru22-aODVVR152CrpZjPz47fRvE1c3FQ5g9CmHE/" alt="wemwlemwl-2013-09-11-21-30.jpg" width="512" height="384"></p><p style="text-align: center">It sucks when you don’t have your photographer best friend with you >.< You don’t get any good photos at all.</p><p style="text-align: center">Random dream: My missing teeth (bec I'm abnormal loljk) finally grew and I was hyperventilating. Where would they fit in my mouth? The spaces are filled out. O.o</p>
